A yoga class for those newer to yoga or those wanting a basic flow class. This class introduces unconditional yoga postures, teaches you how to breath and helps you feel more comfortable in the yoga practice. The class will coordinate movement to breath from one pose to the next with an emphasis on the foundation and fundamentals of each pose. Although this class moves at a slower pace than the other vinyasa classes, expect to be challenged both mentally and physically.

Power Yoga is an energizing and dynamic Vinyasa style flow. This empowering class has an emphasis on strength and flexibility incorporating a series of poses in sequence. Expect a rigorous, powerful, make-you-sweat practice that encourages students to move with intention and explore their edge. Great for all levels, beginners to advanced, and promised to leave you feeling energized afterwards.

Meditation will guide you into a profound, relaxed, deep place within, where many say intuition resides. We will teach you practical skills to help ease you into the now, with attunement to the needs of each participant. We must release tension and stress in our busy lives to focus properly.
