Virtual Training is a great way to add some fresh new programming to your routine. This could be for people who are runners and looking for a marathon training program, or someone who only has time to workout at home or even athletes who are looking to keep in shape in their off season.
Virtual training is very easy to start. You will need to fill out these 3 forms:
1. PAR-Q: This is to make sure you are healthy enough to start a workout routine
2. Intake form: This is to find out more about what you are looking for and what your goals are.
3. Measurements and Testing form: We will ask you to do some measurements for us and some baseline test. All of these test come with directions and will give a great idea of where you are starting and how to program your routine.
Once we have all of your information, we will create a customized workout program just for your. It will come with a monthly schedule for what type of activity you should do each day. Then we will also give you a weekly schedule with your daily workouts attached with videos and pictures for reference. Once a week we will check in with you either by phone, skype, email or text message to see how you are doing and can adjust anything if needed.
