Stephanie started to practice Yoga in 2011. Initially, It was just the fitness part that got her into the field. She had shoulder and lower back pain from her desk job. Her doctor recommended Yoga to her as a remedy. This recommendation completely changed the path of her life. Daily yoga practice not only cured her physical pains, but also reshaped her views to life. After 6 years of practice, she decided to become a yoga instructor to help more people who suffer from physical and mental struggles. She got her Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher 200 Hrs Certificates in 2016 and started to teach Vinyasa Yoga. In 2018, she finished Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher 500Hrs training and certified to be RYT500 Yoga Instructor. She has now taught more than 1000 students around U.S. and helped countless people in their personal practice. During the time, She studied Nutrition, ACE Personal Trainer certificate, and Psychology that helped her better help her students on the mats.
