Bootcamp classes are usually done in a circuit using mostly bodyweight exercise such as burpees, pushups, lunges, squats, stairs, box jumps, jump rope, battle ropes and medicine balls. The class will work on your conditioning and endurance while strengthen the core with full body exercise.

Build a breath-to-movement flow from the ground up with engaging this engaging Vinyasa-style flow. This class introduces students to fundamental postures and yogic breathing. The class links movement to breath from one pose to the next with an emphasis on the foundation of each pose. Expect to be challenged both mentally and physically.

Restorative yoga is a healing meditative class that centers rest and relaxation to promote balance on and off the yoga mat.
