Kettlebell and Dumbbell Class

Full body, dynamic, and explosive class working on strength and endurance using kettlebell movements paired with body weight and dumbbells. Movements include squats, deadlifts, lunges, cleans, snatches, rows, pushups and shoulder press.
Equipment needed: KB and DB's
Tues, Thurs, Sat
Strength/Conditioning
6:00pm/10:00am (Sat)
Strength and conditioning is a crossfit type class. The class is focused on high intensity, functional movements such as plyometrics, Olympic lifts, weightlifting and body weight exercises including burpees, jump rope and running. Movements can be done with dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, and medicine balls.

Equipment needed: Barbell, plates, DB, KB, Wall Ball, Jump Rope, Plyo Box (Not all, but the more the better)
Sunday
Mobility/Stretch/Yoga

Mobility class is about stretching with intention in order to optimize your athletic performance. Prevent injury, recovery better and improve performance by addressing flexibility, stretching, stability and proper positions and movement mechanics that support your workout.

Mon/Wed & Friday/Sun
Spin and Strength
5:30pm/8:00 am/10:00am
20 min spin session and then start right into a 30 min strength session. Strength session will vary from doing Olympic lifts to working with resistance bands. The spin session will be taught on a spin bike, but you can follow along with any cardio of your liking.

Tue, Thurs / Sat
Cardio Class
5:00pm/9:00 am
Cardio Class will be a 45 min lead cardio session. Every day will vary from spin, treadmill, and outdoor runs. The class will be lead on the zoom platform, but is meant to be an audio guide. You can see the programming prior and just do it, or listen to the class while doing your cardio. There will be video sometimes, but really no need to be watching, is meant to be audio guided and done at your own pace.
