Spin 

During this 45 min class, Jillian will focus on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery. The spin bikes we use are Schwinn. We do not offer spin shoes, but you are welcome to bring your own.

Vinyasa Yoga

Build a breath-to-movement flow from the ground up by engaging this vinyasa style flow. This class introduces students to fundamental postures and yogic breathing. This class links movement to breath from one pose to the next with an emphasis on the foundation of each pose. Expect to be challenged both mentally and physically.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is a healing meditative class that centers rest and relaxation to promote balance on and off the yoga mat. The slower pace creates space to unravel and consciously slow down, calming the body, quieting the mind and soothing the spirit. This fundamental practice is perfect for both beginners and for more experienced yogis seeking a recuperative, meditative complement to their practice

Beginner Yoga

Join Katie for a calming beginner yoga class. Class will feature light stretching, gentle movement, and a focus on breath. This class is suited for all levels, whether you are completely new to yoga or have practiced many times. Take a few minutes for yourself to destress, ease into your week, and have some fun.

Power Yoga

Power yoga is an energizing challenging and dynamic class. A Challenging sequency of poses helps build strength, increase flexibility, and impove the mind-body connection.

Expect a rigourous, make-you-sweat practice that encourages students to move with intention and explore their edge. Great for all levels, wtih options to fit both beginner to experienced practitioners. This class will promise to leave you feeling accomplished and empowered.

Meditation and Gentle Stretch

Join Katie for a relaxing meditative and gentle yoga class. This class will include gentle stretching and an extended guided mediation. Come as you are and meet yourself where you are at. No previous mediation experience required and all levels welcome. Round out your week with a smile, and open mind, and a sense of calm.
