Bands and Bodyweight

Bands and Bodyweight is a minimal equipment class with a high rep scheme and low resistance bands or bodyweight.

Full body, dynamic, and explosive class working on strength and endurance using kettelbell movements paired with body weight and dumbbells. Movements include squats, deadlifts, lunges, cleans, snatches, rows, pushups and shoulder press.

Strength and Conditioning
Monday - Saturday

Strength and conditioning is a crossfit type class. The class is focused on high intensity, functional movements such as plyometrics, Olympic lifts, weightlifting and body weight exercises including burpees, jump rope and running.  Movements can be done with dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, and medicine balls.

All classes can be scaled for beginner to advanced athletes. This class is capped at 6 people

Vinyasa Yoga
Thursday @ 3pm
Wednesday @ 7am
Friday @ 1pm

Build a breath-to-movement flow from the ground up with engaging this engaging Vinyasa-style flow. This class introduces students to fundamental postures and yogic breathing. The class links movement to breath from one pose to the next with an emphasis on the foundation of each pose. Expect to be challenged both mentally and physically.

Power Yoga

Power yoga is an energizing, challenging and dynamic class. A challenging sequence of poses helps build strength, increase flexibility, and improve the mind-body connection. Expect a rigorous, make-you-sweat practice that encourages students to move with intention and explore their edge. Great for all levels, with options to fit both beginners to experienced practitioners, this class will promise to leave you feeling accomplished and empowered.

Restorative Yoga
Wednesday @ 7:15pm

Restorative yoga is a healing meditative class that centers rest and relaxation to promote balance on and off the yoga mat. The slower pace creates space to unravel and consciously slow down, calming the body, quieting the mind and soothing the spirit. This fundamental practice is perfect for both beginners and for more experienced yogis seeking a recuperative, meditative complement to their practice.

Please join Katie for a calming Beginner Yoga class. Class will feature light stretching, gentle movement, and a focus on breath. This class is suited for all levels, whether you are completely new to yoga or have practiced many times. Take a few minutes for yourself to destress, ease into your week, and have some fun.

Please join Katie for a relaxing Meditation and Gentle Yoga class. Class will include gentle stretching and an extended guided meditation. Come as you are and meet yourself where you are at, no previous meditation experience required and all levels welcome. Round out your week with a smile, an open mind, and a sense of calm.
