Full body, dynamic, and explosive class working on strength and endurance using kettlebell movements paired with body weight and dumbbells. Movements include squats, deadlifts, lunges, cleans, snatches, rows, pushups and shoulder press.

Bands and Bodyweight Class
Bands and Bodyweight is a minimal equipment class with a high rep scheme and low resistance bands or bodyweight.
Equipment needed: Circular resistance band and a long resistance band or tubing. Multiple resistances may be helpful.
Tues, Thurs, Sat (In Studio)
Strength and conditioning is a crossfit type class. The class is focused on high intensity, functional movements such as plyometrics, Olympic lifts, weightlifting and body weight exercises including burpees, jump rope and running. Movements can be done with dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, and medicine balls.
Equipment needed: Barbell, plates, DB, KB, Wall Ball, Jump Rope, Plyo Box (Not all, but the more the better)
Saturday (In Studio-Outside)
Our bootcamp classes are every Saturday morning at 9am. They are held outside at the Smith Playground, a 5 minute walk from our building.
Bootcamp classes are usually done in a circute using mostly bodyweight exercies such as burpees, pushups, lunges, squats, stairs, box jumps, jump rope, battle ropes and medicne balls. The class will work on your conditioning and endurance while strengthing the core with full body exercies.
Bootcamp can be scaled for beginner to advanced athletes.
20 min spin session and then start right into a 30 min strength session. Strength session will vary from doing Olympic lifts to working with resistance bands. The spin session will be taught on a spin bike, but you can follow along with any cardio of your liking.
Equipment needed: Spin bike (cardio), DB, KB, Barbell, and resistance bands.
Every other Saturday
Cardio Class- Spin
Cardio Class will be a 30-45 min lead spin session.
