Personal Training
Personal Training Sessions can be done in person or virtually through zoom. All memberships start with an initial assessment including the In-body scale, body measurements, goal setting, and overall fitness evaluation. Then a personal training program will be created specifically for your individual needs.
All sessions are 1 hour long including a warmup, workout and cool down/Stretch with a certified Exercise Physiologist. Exercise Physiologist work with all kinds of clients ranging from pre/post pregnancy, to athletes, to geriatric, to post surgical, and of course the general population. An Exercise Physiologist is not the same as personal trainers. They are healthcare professionals that have a degree in exercise science and have been certified by the American Society of Exercise Physiologist. EP are trained to work with healthy individuals and complex medical conditions, can help with postural control and improvements in sports performance, as well as having a knowledge of exercise rehabilitation and injury recovery.

To get started, choose either a virtual or in person Initial Assessment.
There will be no exercising in this appointment, but you will be moving around and getting measurements taken, so please wear something comfortable, preferably leggings, or shorts, so we can get accurate measurements around your legs and waist, bulky material will alter your measurements. If you have any questions or need a day or time that you don't see, please feel free to email us instead
If you purchase a Pack, the day you do the initial assessment, the initial assessment fee will be waived. Pack Sessions never expire and can be used whenever you want.

If you purchase a membership, the day you do the initial assessment, the fee will be waived. Membership renew every month, regardless if you have used all your sessions. The memberships are based on how many times you want to come in a week, and you cannot come in more than what your membership is.
(For example, you cannot come in 3 days one week and then just once the next week on a basic membership)
