Initial Personal Training

45 min initial session that is done once. We will use the Inbody Scale and take measurements, then I will do a movement analysis, and then sit down and go over your intake form and talk about your goals and the best program to reach them. 

InBody Scale

The Inbody Scale gathers more information than a normal scale. It can tell you your weight, skeletal muscle mass, body fat mass, BMI, and body fat percentage. In this session we will also take your body measurements. 

(For accurate readings, please do not eat, drink, or exercise 2 hours prior to appointment)

Follow up Personal Training Session

1 hour 1-1 training session with a program that is written specifically for you with your goals in mind.

Programming

Programming is offered to anyone who does not want to do 1-1 personal training, but would still like to have a personalized workout plan.

Programs are given out monthly along with pictures or videos. Check ins will be done via email.

This plan includes a 30 min initial assessment that can be done in person or virtually. Please email to get started

Virtual Training

1 hour virtual 1-1 training via zoom. The first session will be the initial assessment and be just like the in person assessment without the Inbody Scale and Measurements.

Virtual Wellness Consults

The initial consult will be 30 min, where we will talk about your biggest questions and concerns about your fitness journey and to get a better understanding about you and your lifestyle. The 45 min follow up appointments will address specific concerns you had with greater detail and give advice/ideas/plan to go forward and find solutions to any issues you may be having.
