I am originally from Minnesota and moved out to the east coast for school and then ended up staying and have been living in Boston for the past 10 years.
I have played sports my whole life, I did track and volleyball in high school and played volleyball in College as well as club hockey. I continue to play indoor, beach and grass volleyball. I am also a crossfitter and runner. I just finished my 5th half marathon at Disney and have completed one full marathon. My next adventure will be running in the Ragnar Reach the Beach in September.

I have been a personal trainer and strength coach for the past 10 years. I have worked with people who are complete beginners to elite athletes. Even though I love working one on one with patients, my passion is working with teams and doing strength and conditioning programs to make athletes perform at their best. But overall I enjoy the challenge of finding a way for everyone to achieve their specific goals and watch people be proud of what they have accomplished with some hard work and consistency.
I specialize in incorporating prehab, mobility, and full body exercises to get the best results while limiting injury. This is a great program for athletes or people who want to be active longer into their lives.
As well as working as a trainer, my full time job (up until now) has been working in healthcare, mostly insurance and benefits. My passion for promoting health and wellness to individuals has merged into working with corporate wellness to reach even bigger populations!
