30 Day Fitness Challenge

Its a new year and the time that most of you start your new years resolution of getting fitter. Everyone's idea of fit is different. People might have goals of just getting up and moving every day or adding meditation or eating healthier or might have a weight loss goal. Whatever your goal is, the hardest part is consistency and accountability. So we have created a 30 day fitness challenge to help keep you accountable and crush your goals!

Each week we will give you an easy challenge to complete every day. All you have to do is complete each task, take a picture, post it on Instagram or Facebook and tag Performance and Recovery. Each post will enter you into a drawing so the more days you complete, the more entries you can submit . At the end of the month we will pick a winner, which will receive a free 60 minute massage.

The first week has already started and the challenge is to get up and do something active for 30 minutes. This could be anything from walking around the block, walking your dog, going for a run, stretching, yoga, doing house chores, shoveling snow or going for a bike ride. Anything that gets you up and moving for 30 minutes. Don't forget to take a picture and post it to social media and tag performance and recovery. Good luck!!
