30 Day Challenge- Week 3

Week 3 challenge is to do something active for an hour. As mentioned before, being active can be anything that keeps you moving. This could be something from doing chores in your house, or going out for an hour walk. Also the whole hour does not need to be done all at once. You can divide it up into 2 30minutes or 4-15minutes.

Remember this is in addition to previous weeks, so you don't forget to keep drinking your 8-8oz of water every day.

Once you have done your 60 minutes of fitness, snap a picture and post it on facebook or instagram for a chance to win a 60 minute massage.
