My whole life has been revolved around sports. I grew up playing soccer, basketball and track. When I began massage school, I knew that I wanted to work with athletes in some way. I continue to play soccer here and there but 5 years ago I decided to join CrossFit and have never looked back. I started working and treating all the athletes and realized that is my passion to keep athletes healthy and doing what they love.
My husband is a black belt/coach in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and I work and travel with him and his
teammates to competitions to provided treatments. Good chance is if I’m not massaging or doing CrossFit, I’m most likely to be playing with my dog bolt or traveling around the world which are my favorite things to do.

I have been a massage therapist for 9 years for the majority of this time I have work as a Lead therapist in a very busy studio. About 3 years ago I began my own studio as well working with CrossFit athletes where I really found my passion. I love to take classes and continue my education. I often integrate several modalities into my treatments to tailor the treatment to my clients needs. I’m certified in sports, Deep tissue, Myofascial Release, Reflexology, Cupping, Prenatal, Hotstone/Coldstone, Cryo-Cupping,
Kinesiology Taping and Trigger point therapy. I honestly don’t think of massage therapy as a job for me, its who I am, and I love to be able to relieve my clients of pain and help them achieve their goals.
