You can sign up for individualized programming to do on your own.
How does it work
1. Fill out our intake form
2. Once we receive your form we will contact you to schedule a quick 15 min zoom call to get to know you a little better (If you are not able to zoom or skype, email communication is fine as well)
3. We will create an individualized program specifically for you and your goals and your workout space
4. Program will be emailed to you for 2 weeks worth of programming and video content at a time to allow any adjustments to be made
