EXERCISE PROGRAMMING

Exercise programming is for people who would like to workout on their own, weather it be at their own gym, or at home, but do not need the supervision of a personal trainer. The process is the same as with a personal trainer. We will gather information from you and understand your goals and create a workout for you to follow that will help you achieve your goals, while also working in your time frame and the location you choose to workout at.

All workouts will come with picture, videos or instruction as to how to perform each exercise and usually are written in 4 or 12 week plans. To get started all you have to do is email our exercise physiologist at sarah@performanceandrecoverytraining.com and fill out this intake form below.
