ICE BATH

Sit or stand in a cold tub filled with ice for 10-15 minutes. 

 

Ice baths reduce inflammation and improve recovery. When you sit in cold water, your blood dilates and then when you get out they will constrict. This process helps eliminate metabolic waste and helps the stagnate fluid in your lymph nodes move throughout the body increasing recovery time between workouts.
