Hot/Cold Contrast Tubs

Contrast therapy is a popular rehabilitation and recovery method performed by switching between hot and cold tubs. Start in the hot tub for 2-3 minutes and then go straight into cold for 1 min. Then repeat 3-6 times. By switching between hot and cold, you will dilate and constrict your blood vessels.
