Fitness Programming

Fitness Programming is for people who would like to have their own personalized training program without coming into see a personal trainer. The process is the same as if you were going to do personal training, as you will still have an initial assessment either virtually, in person, or by filling out the intake form.

To do the Initial Assessment Virtually, book: Initial Assessment for Virtual Personal Training or Virtual Fitness Programming

Or if you do not want to do an Initial Assessment, feel free to fill out the Fitness Programming Intake Form below to get started. All communication will be done via email. 

 

Once we have all your information either from an Initial Assessment or reading your intake form, the trainer will create a custom fitness program specifically for you keeping in mind the environment you will be working out in and the equipment that you will have access to. 

 

The program will come with videos, pictures, and instructions explaining work out  or it can be discussed in a follow up appointment either in person or virtually.

Running Programs are also available and will be prices based on the race length and the timeframe you have chosen to prepare for the race. If you want a race program, schedule an in person or virtual Initial Assessment or email directly for questions and pricing.
