Katie Sewall, certified RYT200 yoga teacher, is a former soccer player who found yoga hoping to find a similar group/team mentality at the gym. An avid yogi since 2012, Katie hopes to share with her students a much-needed step back from the stresses of everyday life to pause and tune into the sense of calm and inner peace that yoga has provided her.
Katie’s classes are thoughtful and grounded while connecting energy, breath, and movement. Her classes offer a variety of gentle movements with plenty of time built in for stretching and relaxing. Suited for all levels, whether you are a beginner, a more experienced yogi, or are returning to the mat after a break from yoga.
Outside of teaching yoga, Katie is a marketing professional by day. She enjoys poetry, reading, travel, spending time outside, catching up with friends and family, practicing aerial yoga, and is a coffee and tea fanatic.
