ABout me

I am a licensed Acupuncturist certified by the US National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). I obtained my training from New England School of Acupuncture. In addition to an MA degree in Acupuncture, I have additional training in Orthopedic Acupuncture techniques and Craniosacral Therapy.

Prior to becoming an Acupuncturist, I was a licensed massage therapist, trained in both Eastern and Western massage and myofascial release techniques. Where appropriate, I often combine these approaches with Acupuncture to increase the effectiveness of a treatment. In addition to my Acupuncture training, I have an MA in Pain Research, Education, and Policy from the Tufts Medical School PHPD. I feel that this academic training has enhanced my ability to work with healthcare professionals across different  modalities and approaches, as well as helping me to better understand the unique difficulties and challenges that patients with chronic pain are facing.
